How to Get a Natural Nose Job
Aesthetic trends are changing. Years ago, the tightly pulled back face was in vogue, but today, women and men prefer having a natural agelessness and using facial fillers to achieve the image. An artificial-looking face is not the goal for most of us. Take, for example, the nose. It sits right in the middle of your face. Some people claim a deviated septum is causing discomfort, so that is why they submit to surgery and end up with a smaller nose. The modern cosmetic trend, however, is for getting a natural nose job, and although it’s a long-lasting tweaking, it’s not a permanent fix.
People Usually Hate Their Noses
Rhinoplasty remains one of the top plastic surgeries worldwide because women and men are never happy with the nose they were born with. Celebrities seem to go under the knife often, and non-celebrities become inspired by what a star has had done.
The nose is usually the first feature to get refinement, says Dr. Terry Dubrow while Dr. Paul Nassif nods in agreement. The famous plastic surgeons of the reality TV show “Botched” spoke to HuffPost. “At the end of the day I think female celebrities, by and large, all mostly have had their noses done. Even the ones who had cute little noses, they had a tweak. Almost every single one, including the major young one right now. I’m not gonna say names, but [they] clearly had it done.”
That doesn’t mean these stars are always pleased with the surgical results. Many often go for revisions to restore the uniqueness of their nose or to fix the artificial result they ended up with.
The Quick Non-Surgical Nose Job
Today, getting a natural nose job can be a fast, safe and very pleasing method for improving the shape and or profile of your nose. The technique is sometimes referred to as a “liquid nose job” because the nose is sculpted through the smooth gel serum called hyaluronic acid (HA).
HA is the same dermal filler used to plump up fine lines and wrinkles and add lift and volume to the cheeks. Injecting the pliable serum with tiny needles delivers a natural look and can be effectively used to correct a bump on the nose, allow a crooked nose to appear more symmetrical, raise the nasal bridge and more.
In five minutes or less, you can walk out of the medical office with a new nose and not have to worry about any downtime. There is no splint to wear, no limit of physical activity and no healing to inconvenience you.
If you don’t like the effects, then the faux nose job can be returned to its original shape by dissolving the HA filler that was injected.
The aesthetic procedure is quite versatile but cannot slim down your nasal tip or decrease the nasal projection or narrow the nose. Still, in the hands of a master injector, a natural nose job can look quite impressive because the filler helps balance this feature.
Celebrities Are Doing It, Too
Sonja Morgan, star of television’s “Real Housewives of New York City,” admits that she had a non-surgical rhinoplasty done with Dr. Kassir Ramtin in NYC. She said that she is open to anything and everything and doesn’t mind sharing her beauty secrets with fans. The dermal filler used instantly erased or camouflaged a small bump Sonja has on her nose. She called the natural nose job “interesting.”
Dr. Ramtin offers the 5-minute nose job to celebrities and non-celebrities alike and says the treatment is achieved through “precise and strategic injections of dermal filler to alter the contours of the nose.”
He calls it a life-changing transformation without any pain, and because the nose is the centerpiece of the face, a tiny tweaking can make it more proportional to the features.
Results aren’t permanent, but one session can deliver the “ideal” nose for 9 months to 2 years.
Surgical rhinoplasty will always be around and for good reason, but sometimes, a couple of quick injections can sculpt a new nose with natural-looking results. A natural nose job is another wonderful option for women and men of all ages.
